Billing and renewalAll prices are in USD. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly billing gets you 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
Free trialEvery workspace starts with a free 30-day trial for up to 5 team members. No credit card is needed to try Shiftena, and nothing is charged until you pick a paid plan.
Upgrades and downgradesUpgrades take effect immediately, with new features and limits unlocking as soon as payment completes. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, and your data always survives a plan change.
CancellingCancel anytime from your subscription settings. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and your workspace data is kept so you can return later.
